KODAK Mammography CAD System

Scans, digitzes and analyzes conventional analog films.

Improve cancer detection in screening and diagnostic mammograms with the KODAK Mammography CAD System. Mammo CAD features improved algorithms that provide even more efficient identification of image areas that warrant a second review. Optional DICOM export functionality eases your transition from film to digital imaging.

FEATURES

Improved algorithm produces more efficient detection with improved workflow. More breast cancers screened months sooner and fewer false positives markers.

CARESTREAM KODAK CAD is a practical first step toward digital mammography.

  • DICOM export functionality and modality worklist connectivity automatic links to your RIS.
  • Film mammograms scanned for Mammo CAD can be saved as DICOM MG, and sent immediately to single or multiple DICOM destinations or can be archived and accessed through PACS systems.

Quality Control Features

  • One-touch exporting for quality-control test results and recording log files.
  • Save a file with a record for every item scanned into the Mammo CAD system.
  • Display the status of cases sent to DICOM destinations. (always visible)

Case input is fast and easy to use. Scan the bar code, up to 10 cases can be loaded at a time, 100 sheet feeder lets up to 20 cases be digitized.

Report station designed for radiologist convenience.

  • Up to 100 CAD reports can be correlated to the case sequence on the alternator. Results accessed quickly by scanning bar code or from a list of patient labels.
  • Choice of views, results can be printed and reviewed in color or grayscale.
  • Compact, modular system. Simple touch-screen interface, CAD Report automatically forwards from input to workstation.

CAD Reports can be viewed from common mammography tracking and reporting modules. (optional)
